The Banquet Hall is the ideal venue for celebrations and events, workshops and training sessions.

The Banquet Hall accommodates up to 80 guests with table seating, 100 in a lecture-style arrangement or 105 for cocktail-style functions.

The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Venue hire information

Function Centre features 

The Function Centre includes:

  • 100 seats
  • 12 tables (180 x 90 cm)
  • commercial kitchen, with ovens
  • gas burners
  • hot box
  • microwaves
  • bain maries
  • drink fridges
  • commercial dishwasher
  • urn.

Hire fees

Hire fees 

  • $88 per hour (minimum of 2 hours booking)

  • $352 day rate

    Other charges:

  • Security bond: $473 (commercial / private functions)

  • Security charge: $71 per hour (minimum of 4 hours) when alcohol is consumed on premises


Fee subsidies

Fee subsidies are available for local NPSP residents, NPSP businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.

Please note: proof of not-for-profit status is required at the time of booking confirmation.

After hours assistance: hirer's will be charged a call out fee, unless the call out is due to a malfunction of Council equipment and infrastructure.
